their strengths and weaknesses as entrepreneurs.
The extension worker can help farmers to build on
their strengths and to strengthen their weaknesses.
One strategy to follow is to get those farmers with
strength in a particular characteristic to coach
and assist farmers who are weaker in the same
characteristic. They could meet to discuss the
characteristic and ways to strengthen it.
