3.2. Wages of ATCs.
The salary of air traffic controllers is in accordance with the Industry Tariff Agreement between the Central Committee of the Workers' Aviation Union and the Uzbekistan Airways and the Regulations on Air Labor Remuneration of the Uzbekistan Airways.
The tariff agreement is the basis for concluding collective agreements, labor agreements (contracts) in the structural units of the enterprises of the National Airline and all the additional rights, privileges, guarantees, compensations, wages and working conditions provided for them are minimally binding.
The present sectoral tariff agreement is concluded between the central committee of the trade union by the epithet to the trade unions of the aviation workers of Uzbekistan by the Directorate of Uzbekistan Airways in order to create a partnership system in the regulation of labor in all relations, establish healthy and safe working conditions and implement social and economic benefits, guarantees and compensations for workers their protection in matters of employment and is aimed at ensuring the stable operation of the civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and meeting the needs of the population and the economy of the republic in aviation services.
The agreement establishes additional legal rights, benefits, guarantees and compensations, payment and labor conditions for all structural units and enterprises of the National Airline and regulates the obligations of the parties.
According to Appendix No. 1 to the Sectoral Tariff Agreement between the Central Committee of the Aviation Workers' Union and the Directorate of the national airline, a tariff grid of coefficients is introduced, corresponding to the wage grades for workers, specialists, employees and heads of structural divisions of the National Airline. According to the tariff schedule, the salary of an employee of the main activity is determined by multiplying the tariff coefficient of the corresponding category by the minimum wage established in the Republic of Uzbekistan with the use of a multiplying coefficient.
According to Appendix No. 5 to the Industry Agreement, grades are given for the remuneration of employees of the Center. "Uzaironavigation" of the Uzbekistan Airways, the established category of flights is equal to 5. At the same application, the coefficient is equal to equal to 8.28. According to Appendix No. 5, the flight supervisor rate is 8.28. Thus, the salary of the head of flight is calculated by the following (figure 11).
