According to the Regulation on the remuneration of aviation workers of the national airline Uzbekistan Airways, the piecework and time wages are set: for managers, specialists and employees, official salaries, working salaries, hourly wage rates and piecework rates.

According to the Regulation, copayments for air traffic control employees are made in the following parts:
- employees who speak a foreign language not lower than Level 4 on the ICAO scale and apply them in their work are set bonuses to the official salary (the tariff rate is 15% of the official salary;
- taking into account the amount of work being performed, the following class of services and ATS centers of the Center "UzAeronavigation" is established:
I class:
a) Tashkent, Samarkand territorial branch; b) Termez, Namangan.
II class:
a) Territorial offices (control centers with direct ATS) in all regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
An additional charge is set to salary behind Intensive work for flight managers and senior controllers, who have a valid certificate of aviation controller from the following calculation:
- Tashkent, Termez - 20%;
- Samarkand - 15%;
- Nukus - 10%;
- Namangan - 5%.
