The object of the study is neoplasms formed with the help of emotional-evaluative suffixes in the news of Russian and Uzbek electronic media in 2020-2023.
The subject of the study is the structural and semantic features of neoplasms as a means of expressing evaluation in the texts of Russian electronic media.
The aim of the work is to present a systematic description of neoplasms as a means of expressing emotional and evaluative assessment in the news of Russian and Uzbek electronic media in 2020-2023. Achieving this goal involves solving the following tasks:
to characterize the methods of Russian modern word formation in connection with the possibility of their expressive evaluation;
to characterize the concept of expressiveness at the word-formation level;
 learn about the formation and content of the concept of "media language";
 to identify neoplasms in the news of modern Russian and Uzbek electronic media of 2020-2023;
 to analyze the collected language material;
to identify the most productive ways and models of modern Russian word formation;
The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in a comprehensive study of word-formative ways of expressing evaluation based on the material of different structural neoplasms of the 2020-2023 in the texts of Russian and Uzbek electronic media. A new research material has been introduced into scientific circulation. Within the framework of a pragmatic approach
- Classification of ways of creating an assessment with the help of neoplasms of the usual structure from the point of view of affectionateness, diminutiveness, pejorativeness, disparagement of the expression of the estimated value is carried out;
-Criteria have been developed for distinguishing affectionateness, diminutiveness, pejorativeness, disparagement of the expression of evaluative meaning in relation to word-forming means, the relationship between these categories has been established;
-The actual word-formative ways of expressing evaluation in the texts of Internet media are determined, taking into account their pragmatic function in the aspect of influencing mass consciousness;
Hypothesis: In the Russian and Uzbek Internet media, a large number of words with emotional and evaluative shades are used, expressed by the suffixation of diminutive endearment, magnification and neglect.
