Nafaqat respublika, balki xalqaro ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan va xalq xo‘jaligini rivojlantirishda muhim rol o‘ynovchi ushbu muammo hozirgi kungacha o‘z yechimini to‘liq topgan emas. Ushbu mavzuning yechimi quyidagi masalalarga nazariy yondoshuv asosida katta masshtabli dala va laboratoriya sharoitida amaliy tadqiqotlar o‘tkazish bilan bog‘liq: zilzila ta’sirida qiyalik turg‘unligini buzilish holatlari va qiyalik mustahkamligini oshirishga yo‘naltirilgan tadbirlar; sun’iy qiyalik mustahkamligi va turg‘unligi masalalari va ularga ta’sir etuvchi omillar; dinamik ta’sirda qiyalikning deformatsiyalanish holatlari; qiyalikning zilzilabardosh nishabini baholash; Izlanishlar asosida me’yoriy xujjatlar ishlab chiqish va x.k.

having international significance along with republic one, this issue has not reached it’s final solution so far. Hydro technical weirs, embankment of automobile and railway roads and etc. are considered to be less stable from the seismic point of view. Number of examples of their damage as the result of earthquakes can be listed throughout world practice of erections’ exploitation. The solution of this problem along with theoretical work out is related to approach and implementation of wide scaled experimental researches on following issues: cases of stability damage and measures aimed at providing solidity of soil in slopes and hills; issues of solidity and stability of artificial slopes clarifying factors influencing on the process; cases and forms of deformation of slopes under the influence of seismic procedures; the evaluation of seismic stable slope; work out of normative documents on providing the stability of hills and slopes.
