When it comes to the social analysis it is shown that BMW groups social media platforms are operating successfully. Not only online but offline factors are crucial in this business. For instance the group has 15 assemblies in different countries which means in each country has its cultural differences. So the company needs to be ready to adapt on each country’s cultural and traditional values. However, because of the company’s premium segment it is easier to figure out. Most of reach people value quality, so when there is high quality the other factors can be slightly covered. But this is not the reason for not to doing adaptation. Because Asian countries are Muslims and their values stand higher even from the quality of the products.

As steady as growing technology industry also affects to the BMW group’s manufacturing processes, because there is no life to the future without any innovations or technological news. Thus, as it is mentioned the company’s strategy that BMW group’s aim is to creation of future mobility with contribution of society. As the EU is strictly combat the against the CO2 emission the BMW group has also enforced its manufacturing process to produce hybrid cars. This is not just because of the legislations that is for to decrease the air pollution. And this was also the reason the group is trying to produce more electrical cars in the near future of the mobility industry. Eco-friendly cars will be valued by not only government and by consumers as well. Because of the pandemic, people’s value and beliefs were changed to the earth.

This factor is the same for all other business spheres as well as BMW group too. As the company has 15 dealers manufactures that each of them has to abide the rules of the country. As it focuses on product’s safety first by obeying the rules of competition law.
