The presented report shows the analysis of BMW group’s internal and external environment while giving solution to the issues occurred in the research analysis. Furthermore, the financial statement of the company also analyzed in order to identify financial health in the nine-month period from January to September in 2020 year. In addition the report gives strategically recommendation to the company to remain its sustainability in this fierce competition automobile industry. The aim of this report is to analyze the organization strategically and synthesize the ideas by giving solution to the strategic problems. In this report includes theories and method to support the strategic analysis which are PESTEL, Porter Five Forces and SWOT. The further analysis and result can be seen in the report.
