Implementation of the research results. On the basis of scientific results 
obtained on increasing the efficiency of using modern statistical methods of 
economic potential of regional industrial enterprises: 
proposal for compensation of the need for credit resources of new innovative 
projects in industrial enterprises up to 50 percent of interest-bearing expenses on 
bank loans by the state fund for support of development of entrepreneurial activity 
improvement of the system of entrepreneurship support № PP-5087 of the 
president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 21, 2021, it is included in the 
decision "on additional measures to further improve the business environment" 
(reference of the Ministry of economic development and poverty reduction of the 
Republic of Karakalpakstan No. 02/1106 of August 26, 2021). As a result of more 
than 189.8 billion innovative projects in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. the sum 
of the loan resources is 15.4 billion Manats on bank loans. the sum of interest 
expenses was compensated by the state fund for support of development of

entrepreneurial activity, and a linear programming model for its compensation was 
developed.

projected indicators of the economic potential of regional industrial 
enterprises, the accuracy level of such factors as the normal distribution of the 
volume of the gross regional product of the textile, chemical, food, building 
materials, Pharmaceutical Industries and their optimal values to 2026 have been 
introduced into the activities of the Ministry of economic development and poverty 
reduction of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

of 26 August 2021). This made it possible to statistically evaluate the directions of 
increasing the potential and efficiency of industrial enterprises in the regions in the 
future, to develop targeted programs for the development of enterprises, to create 
opportunities through the full use of available opportunities and to determine the 
effective prospects of the enterprise; 
On the basis of ensuring the economic efficiency of JSC "Karakalpak grain 
products" at a priority level on the basis of energy-saving, non-exhaust and low-
output technologies, the multi-factor econometric model of the step-by-step 
implementation of regression analysis is reflected in the decree of the president of 
the Republic of Uzbekistan "on approval of the concept of Environmental 
Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the period up to 2030"PF-5863 of 
October 30, 2019 (Report of the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty 
Reduction of the Republic of Karakalpakstan /02/1106 of 26 August 2021).The 
implementation of these proposals in practice has increased the opportunities for 
statistical evaluation of industrial production and efficiency in the regions of the 
Republic of Karakalpakstan on the basis of international templates and principles.
