B.1 Preparation for calibration B.
1.1 The moisture meter for calibration in laboratory conditions is prepared in accordance with the OM. B. 1.2
When calibrating, samples of mineral fertilizers and middlings are used with the values of the mass fraction of moisture, if
possible, evenly distributed over the entire subrange of the measured mass fraction of moisture. The ranges of recommended values
for the mass fraction of moisture of samples intended for calibration (hereinafter - PG) of the moisture meter are given in Table B.1.

B.1.3 Samples for calibration are taken with a mass of at least 1 kg and placed in sealed containers. B.1.4 Missing
GHGs with a given mass fraction of moisture according to Table B.1 are recommended to be obtained using the following
method. Distilled water is added to the starting material of a mineral fertilizer or middling product (preferably in the range up to 0.1%
mass fraction of moisture), the mass of which is calculated by the formula

B.2 Calibration B.2.1 The calibration
characteristic of the moisture meter for one of the subranges of the measured mass fraction of moisture is built on the basis of
a set of data pairs - the arithmetic mean of the results of measurements of the output signal of the moisture meter on the i-th sample
and the corresponding result of measuring the mass fraction of moisture by the arbitration method in the following order .
