Firstly,it can not be dennied that there are some offenders who commited serious crimes. It is not enough only to arrest. They probably deserve some capital panishments like death penalty

Some people concidere that imprisonment is the most efficient way for lawbreakers in order to punish and disconnect them from society personally,I feel that prison is not the most best solve such as penalize for all criminals. Penalty should depend on thier crime rate.
Firstly,it can not be dennied that there are some offenders who commited serious crimes.It is not enough only to arrest.They probably deserve some capital panishments like death penalty.If we do not hand out panishment like this they might to avoid panishment when they are in prison.For example, they may do this by money or agreemet with goverment people.
Moreover, children who commited minimum crimes might give some kind of lighter panishment such as home arrest or financial penalty. They probably commited the crimes as the might not have enough experience abaut crime, and they must force these because of poverty. Instead of arrest, the goverment should find a key to face the right ways to young generations. For example, some lessons which are abaut avoiding crimes should be organized.
I do appreciate that some people think differenty, saying that jail is the Lingle effektive type of penalty as it might seperate lawbreakers from society but every crminal does not the some crime. Therefore, the goverment should punish them according to thier crime rate.
In conclusion, I belive that giving penalty in according with crime of crime should be the perfect answer. the goverment should not limit itself to imprisonment. It is necessary to develop a seperate punishment for children and criminals who have commited serious crimes.
