Complaint Letter for Hotel’s Services

Dear Sir
 It is to formally lodge a complaint against your hotel services being provided to our 
company. We stayed in your hotel for 24.02.2023 in rooms (14-a). There was a 
lingering smell in the mattresses along with the bed bugs. The bed sheets were 
unclean, there was no toilet paper and the bathroom fittings were faulty too.
(Describe your actual problem and situation in brief). Disappointingly, the food 
served was stale and the neighbourhood was quite noisy.Our company has been a 
loyal customer of yours and we want to continue having good business relations 
with you. Therefore, we highly encourage you to improve upon your services. Hope 
to see a positive change by our next visit.
