After a deep research about safety problem of Transal Inc. We would like to offer my solution to this massive problem that can grow into something bigger in the future. Our solution is hiring outside business consultants from result-oriented and highly-respected management consulting companies such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company.

One of the biggest pros of this solution is management consulting companies bring in professionals with knowledge and experience in addressing a wide range of business issues. And this will give the company new objective perspective on the company’s problem: consulting companies can provide an outside perspective, which can be helpful in identifying blind spots and biases in decision-making.

The next major difference that can be made is by hiring a consulting company, businesses can save time and resources, as the consulting company can work quickly and efficiently to solve the issue and they often have access to resources and technology that may not be available to the company. Also consulting services can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the company.

But this solution might have some temporary negative side effects such as high cost, loss of control and lack of ownership over the company’s business processes.
