When people face the word economy, they only conect it's meaning with money maters,but actually the word economy means not only money but also social connection between nations in terms of exchanging different goods and services. thus the economic system of country is quite influential for their progress. this essay will information about the economic system of USA. in fact, the USA has a mixed economy which include the aspects of both capitalism and socialism. mised economy is a combination of free market and command economy elements.
In USA also there is some governmental control in different field including education,roads,hospital care and postal delivery. In addition, government also intervenes through the financial reserve by adjusting the costs for businesses to borrow money. but there may be fluction in supply and demand, beacause all transactions are voluntary, not banned by the government.
USA as a country which has a free market economy give the right to own property, engaging in mutually agreed-upon contracts and allowing supply and demand to dictate prices. the dictated price is set by consumer and business owner. even if business owner sets too high price, consumer willnot buy their good or service. in that case consumer may buy from others whatever they want, cause thay have many trade-offs and ther is no monopoly.
in conclusion, the USA economic system has balance between free market enterprice and few industries which are controlled by government in order to have a mixed economy.
