Enterprises processing agricultural products and plants in the category of food industry are divided into two groups. To enterprises engaged in the primary processing of products: processors of their products - flour products and cereals, sugar, starch and molasses, canning, first winemaking, alcohol extraction, tobacco and tea (specializing in processing tobacco and tea leaves), oil receivers. The level of utilization of production capacities of processing enterprises is lower than average, in particular, in the processing of fruits and vegetables - 42 percent, in the processing of milk - 45 percent and in the processing of meat - 55 percent, in the production of flour products - 55 percent, in oil products - 48 percent capacity is used. The main reason for this is the lack of effective cooperation between producers of agricultural products and processing enterprises, as well as the fact that 60-70 percent of the equipment and facilities of some enterprises are obsolete. Conditions for mutually beneficial relations are being created between the enterprises that grow (produce) fruits and vegetables, meat, milk and other agricultural food products and the enterprises that process, prepare and sell these products and develop the sector. The decision PQ-4821 of the President of our country dated September 9, 2020 was approved. Correct execution of notes and reports helps to organize the production process correctly. Increases production efficiency, improves product output and helps prevent unjustified losses in the production of raw materials and finished products. This science describes processes such as receiving, storing, supplying raw materials and auxiliary materials for production, processing, and storing finished, semi-finished and secondary products, as well as waste in warehouses, shipping to consumers, and delivery in food industry enterprises. and reports are aimed at forming the skills of independent use of calculations. |
