the provision o f higher education institutions with m odern inform ation and com munication 
technologies, as well as the access o f students, teachers and young researchers to E-catalogs on 
the world's advanced educational resources, scientific literature and database are putting such 
requirements.
DISCUSSION
Optimal-pedagogical methods are being sought in im proving the working style o f future 
teachers working in the field o f education in our republic. But these attempts rem ain fruitless 
due to the following shortcom ings
'■
— m odern modification o f' pedagogical skills " classes included in the block o f specialized 
disciplines in the preparation o f future teachers for professional pedagogical activity;
— the pedagogical process within the fram ework o f the study is not adapted to meet the 
educational needs o f students!
—teachers do not adequately assess the possibilities o f using design technology in providing 
modern knowledge to their students!

it is not enough to strive for the formation o f the educational needs o f students, the creation 
o f conditions for its satisfaction!
— the use o f didactic situational assignments o f professional orientation to students is carried 
out in an orderly and regular manner! the conduct o f their work outside the audience in this 
context is not at the required level!
— the design technology for the sphere o f professional culture in the future specialties o f 
students is often carried out in evasion o f the use o f random exercises (their content is 
considered outside the form, is not expressed in interrelated form, the form is observed to be 
carried out separately from the content)!
— future teachers-teachers o f secondary schools o f general education tom orrow need 
recommendations on m odern methodological and theoretical bases (especially theoretical- 
pedagogical) o f this problem.
Consequently, it became known from the results o f the analyzes that the level o f improvement 
o f professional pedagogical activity o f future teachers is sluggish.
Proceeding from the above, it is possible to indicate that the organization o f professional 
pedagogical activity in the preparation o f future teachers today recognizes innovative 
technologies as a separate subject o f research.
The teacher's innovation activity is aimed at changing reality, identifying the solution to its 
problems and methods. Therefore, the change in the "subject-subject" relationship between the 
teacher and the student as an example o f a new dialogue is one o f the conditions o f innovative 
activity.
A new relationship should be free o f such elements as constraints, obedience to judgment, as in 
tradition. They need to be built in the form o f mutual cooperation, mutual management, mutual 
assistance o f the equals.
