MATERIAL AND METHODS
In this regard, along with the introduction o f innovative approach technologies to the 
professional development o f managers and pedagogical personnel in educational institutions, 
along with the development o f educational processes, improvem ent o f technologies for training 
future specialists, including teachers, theoretically and practically for professional pedagogical 
activity, achieving efficiency in the upbringing o f the younger generation is o f paramount

importance. A fter all, only a competent person will be able to fully manifest his intellectual 
potential, spiritual opportunities.
Comparative-analytical study o f the historical experience o f the system o f professional 
education in our country, critical observation o f practical experience, proper organization of 
professional pedagogical activity o f future teachers on the basis o f generalization, allows to 
determine the strategy o f its prospects. This is due to the need to carry out targeted pedagogical 
research.
Teaching future teachers the content o f professional education on a scientific basis, 
modernization o f its organizational and technological foundations, development o f future 
development trends is one o f the topical issues facing pedagogical science. The purpose of 
professional pedagogical activity in Bunda is determined by the society and its result is its 
connection with the interests o f society, the transfer o f young people to social relations, the 
realization o f natural opportunities in hum an beings for gaining social experience.
Today, as a result o f the emergence o f ideas o f a new scientific direction in the field o f pedagogy- 
pedagogical innovation and updating the educational process, a new direction in the 
pedagogical activity o f the teacher — the concept o f "professional pedagogical activity o f the 
teacher" appeared.
The professional pedagogical activity o f the teacher is a process o f continuous improvement, 
based on professional competences by the educator.
The professional and pedagogical activity o f the teacher consists in the organization o f the 
educational process on a continuous basis o f news, a process that takes shape and improves 
over a certain period o f time. The main signs o f the future teachers ' professional and 
pedagogical activity are expressed in the following:
- harm onization o f the philosophy o f creative activity with the concepts o f physical education;
- m astering the methods o f pedagogical research;
- ability to create author conceptions;
- experience-planning and im plem entation o f test work;
- to be able to apply the experiences o f other researchers-educators on their own!
- cooperation with colleagues;
- sharing ideas and providing methodological assistance;
- prevention and elim ination o f conflicts;
- apply innovations to lessons, be able to adapt them to their conditions.
The m ain issues in the sphere o f professional activity in the educational process are the 
scientists o f our country S.S.Gulomov [135], J.G'.Yuldashev [51], M .From W ikipedia, the free 
encyclopedia
MDH scientists N.A. Bernshteyn [25], A.P. Bondarchuk [26], E. Bryonem u [29], V.G. Grishin 
[36], V.V. Studied by Guzeev [35] and others.
Foreign scholars: V. W einer [31], G. W egner [33], H. W iddel [34] developed technologies for 
improving the quality o f education in professional and higher education institutions, factors 
that determine the interaction o f quality managem ent o f education with the general process of 
reforms carried out in continuous education are scientifically based.


In general, the problem o f Organization of professional pedagogical activity is studied in a 
number o f research works, but the problems rem ain unresolved until there are separate 
disciplines, in particular, in the direction o f innovative design of lessons and improvement o f 
technologies for organizing professional pedagogical activity o f the teacher in this field.
In Uzbekistan in solving these problems^ F. Kerosene stove, T. Usmankho'jaev, R. Abdumalikov 
[75, 100, 19] carried out research in the field o f higher education system.
M .A.Aslanova, B.L.Farberman, N. In Sayidakhmedov's studies, the problems o f the use o f 
innovative technologies in the educational process were studied [22, 104, 87].
O. Rozikov, A. I. M u n aw arov's research, manuals, scientific articles, views, the ways o f didactic 
design o f the educational process, the issues o f designing various didactic tasks were studied 
[85, 71,]. But still studies on the improvem ent o f technologies for the preparation o f future 
teachers for professional pedagogical activity have not yet found their solution in full.
RESULTS
Each higher educational institution closely establishes relations with leading scientific and 
educational institutions abroad, broad introduction o f the most m odern pedagogical 
technologies, 
educational programs and educational-methodical materials based on 
international educational standards into the educational process, attraction o f highly qualified 
foreign teachers and scientists to scientific and pedagogical activities;
form ation of the target criteria for the training o f personnel with higher education, optimization 
o f specialization areas and specialties in higher educational institutions taking into account the 
requirem ents and needs o f the current programs on regions and spheres, prospects o f 
development of economic sectors and regions!
Regular updating o f funds o f inform ation resource centers on the basis o f creation and wide 
application o f new generation teaching aids to the system o f higher education, provision o f 
higher educational institutions with modern educational-m ethodical and scientific literature, 
acquisition and translation o f the latest foreign literature;
regular improvement o f professional skills o f pedagogical personnel in terms o f quality, 
establishment o f internship o f pedagogical and scientific staff, training of graduates of higher 
educational institutions on the basis o f PhD program and foreign master's programs; 
strengthening the scientific potential o f higher educational institutions, further development of 
scientific research in the system of higher education, their integration with academic science, 
increasing the effectiveness o f scientific activity o f the structure o f professors and teachers, 
attracting talented students and young people to engage in scientific activity; 
deep integration o f the spiritual and moral content o f Higher Education, deep integration o f the 
idea o f national independence into the hearts and minds o f students, a sense o f high spirituality 
o f our people and com m itm ent to the traditions o f humanism , formation of a strong immune 
and critical attitude to ideas that are absolutely alien to us;
further strengthening the material and technical base o f higher educational institutions 
through the construction, capital repair and reconstruction of their educational and scientific- 
laboratory buildings, sports facilities and socio-engineering infrastructure, providing the
