Consumer society is a non-governmental collective association that protects the interests of consumers, one of the necessary elements of the market. I. j. organized by the initiative of consumers - buyers. Its purpose is to protect consumers from fraud in the market for goods and services. I. j. inspectors check the conformity of the quality of the goods in trade with the certificates, the expiration date of food and medicines, their ecological cleanliness, the possibility of harming human health, the safety of consumption of goods (especially technical ones). If there is a violation of the law in this area, the sellers of goods will be brought to court. I.j. characteristic of a developed market system, their activity increases the efficiency of consumption, ensures the quality of goods and services.
Economic integration is the process of convergence of various enterprises and industries, as well as countries in the production sphere, establishment of organic economic relations between them, formation of a single common economy between countries. Economic integration is observed at the level of national economies of all countries, as well as at the level of enterprises, firms, companies, and corporations. I.i. it is manifested in the expansion and deepening of production-technological relations, the joint use of resources, the pooling of capitals, and the creation of favorable conditions for each other in the process of economic activity, and the removal of mutual barriers.
Gross national product (GNP) is the value of finished products and services at the market price, created in national economies for a year and which can go directly to consumers.
