1. A look at global issues

In the process of historical development of human activity, there is a breakdown of outdated technological methods, and with them outdated social mechanisms of human interaction with nature. At the beginning of human history, there were predominantly adaptive (adaptive) mechanisms of interaction. Man obeyed the forces of nature, adapted to the changes taking place in it, changing his own nature in the process. Then, with the development of the productive forces, the utilitarian attitude of man to nature, to another man, prevailed. The modern era raises the question of the transition to a new path of social mechanisms, which should be called co-evolutionary or harmonic. The global situation in which humanity finds itself reflects and expresses the general crisis of man's consumer attitude to natural and social resources. Reason pushes humanity to realize the vital necessity of harmonizing connections and relations in the global system "Man - Technology - Nature". In this regard, it is of particular importance to comprehend the global problems of our time, their causes, interconnection, and ways to solve them.

Global problems are those problems that, firstly, concern all of humanity, affecting the interests and destinies of all countries, peoples and social strata; secondly, lead to significant economic and social losses, and in the event of their aggravation, can threaten the very existence of human civilization; thirdly, require cooperation on a planetary scale, joint actions of all countries and peoples for their solution.
The above definition can hardly be considered sufficiently clear and unambiguous. And their classifications on one or another basis are often too vague. From the point of view of the review of global problems, the most acceptable classification is a classification that combines all global problems into three groups:
1. Problems of economic and political interaction of states (intersocial). Among them, the most pressing are: global security; globalization of political power and civil society structures; overcoming the technological and economic backwardness of developing countries and establishing a new international order.
