Accepting Load Tracking 
When Schmieding 
requests load tracking, the 
driver will receive a SMS text message from short-
code 44808 requesting a “YES” response to opt-in 
to the tracking solution. Simply reply “YES” to the 
message and you’ll receive confirmation. 
Load Completion 
T
racking will automatically complete upon 
completion of the load at the final stop.
You will receive confirmation after the drop off 
end time. 
 
 
GPS Location Services 
The tracking solution requires the driver’s phone have GPS Location Services enabled. GPS configurations 
vary by phone but are most often found in Settings. Look for “Privacy,” “GPS,” “Location,” etc.

This CARRIER 
AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this ___ day of

_ (“Effective Date”), by and between H.C. Schmieding Produce 
Company, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company 
(“HCS”), and __________________________, 
a licensed motor carrier 
(“Carrier”) pursuant to USDOT#______________ & MC#_____________ 
(collectively, the “Parties” and individually, a “Party”). The purpose of this Agreement is to provide 
the terms and conditions under which HCS will engage Carrier to perform motor contract carriage 
and related services, and under which Carrier will render those services.
