In addition to being wonderful members of the Pride, our visitors have delicious food traditions to share. We’ll sample a few on March 17 – adobo chicken is one traditional dish (we make ours with rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, tomatoes, bay, and scallions). ENJOY! And then try it at home!
