Description: 
• Made out of S355JR steel and especially designed for pressing with
medium and high volumes.
• Mechanized lower table with 'T' DIN-650 grooves, made out of C45E steel
and a mechanized upper table 'T' DIN-650 grooves, made out of C45E
steel with four cylindrical lateral guides (
 50mm) for perfect alignment.
• Single acting main cylinder and two double acting lateral cylinders; all with
chrome plunger and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
• Two-speed motorized hydraulic unit with an automatic deactivation of the
high speed, includes a pre-filling valve and a fixed flow rate pump. This
hydraulic unit is also equipped with a pressure relief valve, a cylinder
decompression valve, a manometer in tons and an air-oil cooling system.
• This PPCF-model is equipped with Siemens PLC Si-Matic S7 1200 and
adjustable control panel with 7” touch screen KTP-700 model
to select the
working operation (manual, semi-automatic or automatic), to select one of
the two speeds, to program the power and the cylinder stroke (accuracy
+/- 10%) and this control system permits programming / saving 300
different working cycles.
• Lateral protections (which can be opened) with level IV front light guards.
• The electric and hydraulic manoeuvres are redundant and self-controlled.
They incorporate an additional safety block and self-controlled devices for
manoeuvre and safety; it includes the verification of a correct operation.
