Protectionism is the economic patronage of the state, manifested in protecting the domestic market of the first country from the penetration of foreign goods, as well as in promoting the export of goods competitiveness in the foreign market.

It sets the task of stimulating the development of the national economy and protecting it from external competition by tariff and non-tariff regulation.And what can the” free market " itself give us? Fritreyd supporters (English “free trade” — “free market”) believe that this will lay the foundation for honest competition between domestic manufacturers and foreign companies. They say that it is in market conditions that the advantage of the actual economic strength and product of each participant is determined. But such an approach can be called much simpler. As everyone knows, economic relations equal to the net market and equal conditions for all participants will absolutely not exist. This is only a myth, a fantastic dream that will not come true. Such actions can have the most negative consequences economically. Many domestic manufacturers cannot yet equal foreign companies in terms of price and quality. As a result, foreign businessmen press and push the producers of Uzbekistan and dominate the market with their products. And in this case, consumers will not even have fair equal rights. A quality commodity is always expensive, and for many citizens there will be no opportunity to buy it. Basically, the market is occupied by cheap and low-quality goods produced in China and other neighboring countries.
