It seems to me that the financial institute of the future should become one of the leading universities of not only Tashkent, but also Central Asia. For this we need to do a great job. In my opinion, a financial institute, first of all, should expand the range of subjects and sciences taught. This will allow to produce a huge number of versatile specialists. Faculty of the university should be in close contact with each other, thanks to this integration of sciences will be achieved. As for the leaders of the university, I think that this post should be held both by the representatives of the faculty and the leading students of the institute. Such a fusion of experience and youth will allow better and more productively solve problems arising in the learning process. The dimensions of the university should be increased, since an increase in the number of faculties implies an increase in the number of students. In the new buildings should increase the number of floors to 5-7, this will save the space occupied by the university. In addition, the number of hostels will also need to be increased. Also, it is desirable that each department has a separate dormitory, this approach will even better unite the students of one specialty, which in the future can help in their joint work. Institute students will have to be involved in the most serious projects and research. For a start, they gain the experience they need, and how they will be fully prepared to fully participate in various projects. That is how I imagine our institute in the future.


Мне кажется, что финансовый институт будущего должен стать одним из ведущих вузов не только Ташкента, но также центральной Азии. Для этого нужно будет проделать огромную работу. На мой взгляд, финансовый институт, прежде всего, должен расширить диапазон преподаваемых предметов и наук. Это позволит выпускать огромное количество разносторонних специалистов. Факультеты вуза должны будут тесно контактировать друг с другом, благодаря этому будет достигнута интеграция наук. Что касается руководителей вуза, то я считаю, что этот пост должны занимать как представители профессорского состава, так и ведущие студенты института. Такой сплав опыта и молодости позволит лучше и продуктивнее решать проблемы, возникающие в процессе обучения. Размеры вуза должны быть увеличены, так как увеличение количества факультетов подразумевает под собой и увеличение количества студентов. В новых корпусах следует увеличить количество этажей до 5-7, это позволит сэкономить площадь занимаемую вузом. Кроме того, количество общежитий также необходимо будет увеличить. Также, желательно, чтобы каждый факультет имел отдельное общежитие, такой подход еще лучше сплотит студентов одной специальности, что в будущем может помочь в их совместных работах. Студенты университета должны будут привлекаться к самым серьезным проектам и исследованиям. Не обязательно они будут там на первых ролях, для начала они пропитаются необходимым им опытом, а уже как будут полностью готовы к полноценному участию в самых разных проектах, беспрепятственно их туда допускать. Именно таким я представляю наш институт в будущещем.
