G’ildirak tishlarini eguvchi kuchlanish bo’yicha tekshirish:

eguvchi kuchlanish bo’yicha yuklanish koeffitsiyenti.
Quyidagi birliklarni jadval orqali topib olamiz:
KFα = 1.0 uzatmadagi g’ildirak tishlarining tayyorlanish aniqlik darajasini hisobga oluvchi koeffitsiyent;
tish uzunligi bo’yicha yuklamaning notekis taqsimlanishini xisobga oluvchi koeffitsiyent;
1.19 m/s – yuklamaning dinamik ta’sirini xisobga oluvchi koeffitsiyenti, GOST 21354-75 bo’yicha;
– tish shaklini xisobga oluvchi koeffitsiyent;
– tishning qiyaligini e’tiborga oluvchi koeffitsiyent,quyidagicha topiladi:

KF = 1.0 1.03 1.19 = 1.22 KF = 1.22;



IV. Tasmali uzatmalarni hisoblash.
Kichik shkivning diamertirini aniqlash:

GOST 17383-73 bo’yicha sitandart qiymati -

Katta shkiv diametri quyidagicha aniqlaymiz :
D2=D1*itas*(1-ε)
D2 = 40 5 (1-0.01) = 198 mm D2 = 200 mm;
