I truly believe that employee retention highly dependents on non-monetary rewards.
We should admit that the key to business stability is the constant development of its personnel, and the desire to provide employees with opportunities to fully realize their potential.
I believe that responsible businesses must take care of their people with respect and fairness. They also should
strive to provide a work environment that attracts, retains, develops and motivates the best people who can meet business challenges and achieve personal success. Employers need to understand that their results depend on their employees, their professional qualities and dedication.
It is not uncommon for a business to incur losses due to reduced employee dedication. There are many ways to increase motivation, but you need to remember that a person's professional efficiency and performance directly depends on how his business is outside the office. That is why it is important not only to create a comfortable working environment, but also to take care of the leisure and emotional health of the team. That is why taking care of employees and their development is an effective way to create an effective, loyal and qualified team that will understand and fulfill the tasks of business.
As we can observe, today people really strive to find the kind of work that will delight them, regardless of where they have to work - remotely or in offices. So, the employers have to take into account the desires of employees and try to retain valuable talents, developing them within the company so that they do their best for the good of business.
Therefore, thoughtful adaptation, regular engagement surveys and creating a comfortable environment are basic HR processes that are not expensive, but at the same time show employees that the company really cares about them.
All this increases the loyalty of employees and stimulates them to pay more attention to work in response, solves the problem of motivation.
