5. 
CONVERSION 
5.1. Call options received by the investors will be converted to the redeemable share in the Company owned 
by the Holding Company before or during the event of the IPO unless the call options are bought back by 
the Holding Company. The exact time of conversion will be determined by the future decision by the 
Holding Company. 
5.2. Redeemable shares in the Company will be converted to the ordinary shares of the Holding Company 
before or during the event of the IPO unless the redeemable shares are bought back by the Holding 
Company. The exact time of conversion will be determined by the future decision by the Holding Company. 
5.3. Call option and redeemable shares conversion rules are provided in Schedule 2. 
6. 
TIME CONDITIONS 
6.1. This public offer is applicable to persons and their investments amount put into LP Iman till the number 
of active investors at LP Iman reaches 10,000 people as described in section 2.1.
7. 
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
7.1. For non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment of the terms of the offer and legal relations arising from 
acceptance of this offer, the offeror shall be liable in accordance with the governing law.
7.2. Neither Company nor the Holding Company or LP Iman (nor the General Partner) shall be liable for 
any direct/indirect losses or lost profits of the Investors, unless there is negligence on the part of the General 
Partner. 
7.3. Neither Company nor the Holding Company or LP Iman (nor the General Partner) shall be responsible 
for the losses of the Investors resulting from: 
o 
incorrect filling in by the Investor of the details used when carrying out the actions 
necessary for the Acceptance, as well as violation of the established procedure for making 
payments;
o 
violation of the terms of the public offer;
o 
illegal actions of third parties, including those related to the use of the Investor’s 
identification data;
7.4. In case of disputes and disagreements, the parties shall make every effort to resolve them through 
negotiations. If parties are unable to resolve their disputes through negotiations, such disputes are subject 
to consideration in accordance with the governing law in the Courts of England and Wales.
