Umumiy
The Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation (ATR) under the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established on June 2, 2021, on the basis of the Uzbekistan Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (UzStandart). The Cabinet of Ministers approved the Agency’s official responsibilities and work regulations on March 11, 2022.
Standards for imported goods are subject to state registration through branches of ATR. The national system includes 97 groups of standards and 49 groups of technical guidelines. Most of them are still based on outdated Soviet heritage, but the country is in the process of transition to international methods, such as Global G.A.P. and ORGANIC.
Standards
The Uzbekistan Agency for Technical Regulation is responsible for certification and standardization policy. According to Uzbekistan’s legislation, the following standard normative documents are applied in the country:
Ishlab chiqarishga ega bo'lmagan xorijiy tashkilotlar milliy standartlarni ishlab chiqishda ishtirok eta olmaydi.
Sinov, tekshirish va sertifikatlash
Qonunga ko'ra, O'zbekiston rasmiylari to'qqizta sertifikatlash tartibini qo'llashlari mumkin:
1 – 5 protseduralariga standart namunalarni maxsus akkreditatsiyalangan laboratoriyalardan birida (AL)sinovdan o'tkazish kiradi.
3-5 protseduralariga ishlab chiqarishni tekshirish ham kiradi
6-protsedura sifat menejmenti tizimini baholashga asoslangan
7-protsedura sinovlari namunalarni alga to'playdi
8-protsedura har bir namunali mahsulotni alda sinovdan o'tkazadi
9-protsedura deklaratsiyani ko'rib chiqadi
3 va 7-protseduralar O'zbekistonda eng ko'p qo'llaniladi. Sinovdan so'ng akkreditatsiyalangan organ uch yilgacha bo'lgan muddatga muvofiqlik sertifikatini beradi.
