In recent years, my workplace has hosted a lot of official meetings. The organization's director oversees each of our meetings. Staff capacity is discussed and new judgments and decrees are introduced. However, I want to cover another official meeting, it was a meeting that deserves to be discussed separately. I want to draw attention to one of these because it has been the most helpful to me. In November, we organized a seminar together with Sergeli district English language teachers. Our seminar's goal was to employ innovative and effective techniques for teaching English to preschoolers. The performances and lectures of the numerous pedagogues at our seminar were structured in a positive manner, allowing us all to share experiences and pick up new knowledge. I can't claim there was just one leader throughout our seminar, but Rana Mustafoyeva, a colleague of mine, astonished everyone. Her speech concentrated on some extremely useful data, such as children's growing interest in language learning and the personal qualities that a teacher should emphasize. She received compliments on her self-assurance, diligence, curiosity, capacity to inspire others, and ability to maintain everyone's attention. She also incorporated interactive games during the seminar, which everyone found to be intriguing and unexpected. This is demonstrated by how closely she follows the innovation.
