The article describes the factors that contribute to the innovative development of the agrarian sector based on the characteristics of the agrarian sector and their impact on accelerating the development of the sector.

An important strategic direction of agrarian production and development of the entire agro-industrial complex is scientific research and innovation processes that allow continuous production modernization based on scientific and technical achievements. Innovative activity, according to most researchers, consists of three main components: scientific activity, completed research and experience - bringing design and technological work to the level of innovative projects (products, goods, technologies, etc.); innovation projects, product development technologies and their development.
President of the country Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his speech on the Day of Agriculture Workers said that "where there is no science and research, there is no future for development, development and in general, any industry" new technologies and innovations mentioned above.
It should be noted that the creation of new industrial relations and accelerated socio-economic development through radical reform for the innovative development of the agricultural sector in the country is connected with the name of the first President of the country I. Karimov.
The most important issue of the scientific, technical and innovation policy in the ASM is the state support of fundamental and applied research, which results in the introduction of scientific developments in agricultural production.
The ultimate goal of agricultural science is to increase the efficiency of agriculture. The main requirement for agrarian science is that it is not about making recommendations to agricultural producers, but rather that they should provide completed designs and follow the author's assurance of results. In the new economic environment, the role of academic research in academia, industry, and higher education institutions needs to be revised. Unfortunately, so far funding for research has only focused on acquiring new knowledge. There is no real interaction and connection between academic, networking and higher education.
In the current complex situation in the ASM, the budgetary funds should be combined with the development of priority scientific and technical solutions in the ASM. The Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan should act as the state body's customer.
It is important to develop an effective mechanism for the selection of completed scientific, technical and technological developments necessary for agriculture at the level of innovative projects. The scientific and technical council of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan should play a major role in solving these problems. It should pass all completed and recommended scientific and technological developments to be implemented. It is necessary to establish a good relationship between science and production in order to improve the effectiveness of scientific and technological developments and their implementation.
The Scientific and Technical Council should be an independent indicator that meets the needs and requirements of agricultural commodity producers and should have a direct impact on the formation of the scientific order portfolio.
As for the ideas of other founders of innovation organizers, they should be formed in the country. Innovative business is a "heavy" place for agrobusiness in the country.
At present, technical and technological restructuring of agriculture is a key challenge for Uzbekistan's food security. Creation of new equipment and mastering of new techniques and machinery technologies in agriculture can improve the quality and competitiveness of agricultural products in the country.
State support for agricultural development and energy supply, especially in the development and development of energy-saving agricultural technologies, is required. Therefore, it is necessary to consider another peculiar issue for the ASM. Gardening and harvesting of agricultural crops, on a commercial (commercial) basis, involvement of promising technologies for livestock and poultry farming and other activities and protection. This is why it is so important that the country has to overcome agricultural backwardness to the level of foreign countries.
An important element of the innovation process is the organization of innovation cycle management. According to statistics, there is a manager who is responsible for bringing one scientific development abroad to the same level of implementation. In Uzbekistan this is the opposite. Many useful inventions for agriculture are not required because they are not disclosed or presented as potential.
Success in the market of scientific goods, technologies and services is impossible without the managers and consultants who are focused on the results of the market. The urgent problem is that a multi-level system of training, retraining and advanced training of specialists for innovation infrastructure should be introduced and implemented within the framework of the existing agrarian education system.
The effectiveness of the agro-industrial complex is determined by the interaction between science and practice, the introduction of advanced production technologies.
