VI. Self-study education and independent work
The main goal of the student's independent work is the formation and development of
knowledge and skills to independently perform certain educational tasks under the guidance and
supervision of the teacher.
When preparing a student's independent work, taking into account the characteristics of a
particular subject, it is recommended to use the following forms:
- study the chapters and topics of textbooks and study guides;
- mastering the part of lectures on handouts;
- work on knowledge or topics of science according to special literature;
- learning new techniques, equipment, processes and technologies;
- in-depth study of departments and topics related to the student's educational-scientific-
research work;
- educational sessions using active and problem-based teaching method;
- distance (distance) education;
- includes independent writing of abstracts in accordance with standard requirements and
using computing techniques.
- preparation of a scientific article, lecture for a conference, etc..
