In this case it is first necessary to determine who exactly broke into Nodira's house and who took her laptop and other items. Because in my mind, it is wrong to assume that the person who committed the crime is Dilmurod, according to Nodira's guess. It is therefore necessary to identify the culprit by notifying the police. If it is established that these actions were indeed committed by Dilmurod, those in charge, such as neighborhood elders and those responsible for working with women, should try to reconcile them.
