TSUL RJ Spring 2022 Seminar Final Exam ZUHRA

(TSUL RJ Spring 2022 Seminar Final Exam-03-12)
Instructions for completing and submitting the Final Exam for the TSUL Restorative Justice Seminar
Dear Zuhra:
This is your final examination for the Restorative Justice Seminar. You have 2 hours to complete and submit your completed exam.
This is an open book exam. You should not confer with the others as you are completing your exam.
Parts of the Exam:
●There 2 open-ended short essay questions and 2 case study questions that you are to answer. For each of the case studies you are to write a response to the question that comes at the end of the case study.
For each of the case studies and the open-ended questions, please limit your written response to the paragraph limit that is indicated in red for each. Each paragraph should be single spaced with 12 Font size.
●There are 25 multiple choice questions. For each multiple-choice question, you are asked to pick from the 4 or 5 possible answers, the one you think is the most correct response by typing an “X” in the space ( ) next to that item. There should be only one “X” for each question.
● There are 25 true or false questions. Do the same for the True or False questions by typing an “X” in the space ( ) for True or False, depending on which you believe is correct for each question.
●Finally, there are two case study questions for you to complete this exam.
There are no “trick” questions. Please read each question carefully to be sure that you understand what the question is asking. Remember to save your responses after completing each section so that it is not lost in the event that you experience a loss of electricity or internet connection.
Finally, open book does not mean that you can simply copy something verbatim (word for word) from the internet or from any of the class materials. You can refer to class materials and other sources to complete your exam but you must write your answers to the case studies in your own words. As future legal advocates, you have to be especially careful to avoid plagiarizing the intellectual works of others.
Sayyora, Nozima and I were honored to have you in our TSUL RJ seminar. Now take your time and do your best on the exam. When you are finished, review your answers carefully, then submit your completed exam as a Word document attachment to an email to Nozima, Sayyora and me: jeaglin@regionaldialogue.org nozima@regionaldialogue.org and sayyora@regionaldialogue.org
We wish you the best of luck with your other TSUL classes. Please continue to stay healthy and well.
