International Agriculture University Sustainable Development ‘Assessment’ Brief

Your attention is drawn to the penalties for late submission set out in the Academic Regulations available through Gateway.

Arrangements for submission	Your work should be submitted electronically by uploading through the ‘Assessment Submission’ link which is located under the ‘Assessments’ tab on the Sustainable Development course page U0003 Module Gateway page (under Assessment: ‘Assessment 1’) (this effectively uploads it to Turnitin). Please submit all of your work as a SINGLE DOCUMENT to the link. Once you have submitted your work you will receive a message giving you a unique document ID number and confirmation of upload. Please make sure that you received these (and keep a copy) in order to confirm that you have actually submitted the work. (For information, the system is set up so that you can re-submit work via the ‘Assessment Submission Link’ up to the deadline date – so if you want to upload a new version of your work to replace the previous version then you are able to up to the deadline date. However, please be aware that if you do this the Turnitin plagiarism score generates much more slowly on re-submissions than it does the first time you submit.) For the avoidance of doubt, there is no need to submit a hardcopy of your work, nor complete a coversheet.
Return date/feedback	Individual feedback will be available through the VLE no later than 5.00pm on Friday 17 March 2023.
University regulations for assessment	All assessments are subject to the Academic Regulations. Please see the ‘General Guidance’ box below for information about references (as we are not expecting to see lots of referencing in this Assessment). However, if you do directly quote from something then you should follow normal academic conventions for acknowledging sources using the APA reference system (see Library guide on APA referencing).
