International code on voluntary obligations of states during pandemics

Under the United Nations, it is necessary to establish a committee that will listen to the concerns of the four of the Afghan people and will operate continuously. It is necessary that the main task of this committee is to promote the economic and social development of Afghanistan.

Another of the acute problems of our time is global climate changes. Today, every country feels the negative impact of this process. A thousand unfortunately, such changes also pose a great threat to the development of Central Asia.
Once again, I want to draw your attention to the devastating consequences of the construction of the Aral Sea. The Aral Sea region has become the center of environmental tragedy. We are doing tremendous work here to improve the existing situation, creating two million hectares of new plant areas and arboriculture, forming a layer of soil.
At the initiative of our country, the United Nations multilateral partnership trust fund for Human Security for the Aral Sea region was created. We hope that this fund will serve as a base platform for the international community to provide practical assistance to the population living in a heavy ecological area.
We propose to adopt a special resolution of the United Nations General Assembly on the declaration of the Aral Sea region as an area of environmental innovation and technology. And it would be appropriate to celebrate the date of approval of this important document as the International Day for the protection and restoration of environmental systems.

At the end of my speech, I would like to note one more point. Turmoil is maintained at various points in the world, conflict and violence are increasing, environmental disasters and other modern risks are exacerbating the global problems of poverty and poverty.
These problems are becoming especially acute in the context of a pandemic. The Voice of poverty, which is gaining an increasingly anxious tone, is necessary to disturb the entire world community, all of us.
In this regard, we propose to mark the end of poverty and the fight against poverty as one of the main topics of the next session of the United Nations General Assembly, as well as to hold a global summit on these issues.

It is clear to all of us that the socio-economic picture of the world after the pandemic takes on a completely different character.
We need to work on new approaches and in close cooperation against common risks on the path of security and sustainable development.
The central position of the United Nations as a coordinating international structure should be further strengthened.
Uzbekistan is always ready to develop a large-scale and mutually beneficial partnership with all countries of the world, practical dialogue with the United Nations and its institutions.
