IMPORTANT NOTE

1. 
   Please send in the completed form not less than 5 working days in advance.
   
2. 
   Penalty of USD100 may be imposed if:
   
   1. 
      Notice is received less than 5 working days in advance
      
   2. 
      Student does not show up during pick-up time or does not inform the pick-up officer on the changes on the pickup time.
      
3. 
   Student are strongly advised against arrival on non-pickups days. If student insists on arriving on non-pickup days, an administrative fee of RM250 will be imposed by HELP.
   
4. 
   HELP will not arrange pickup for students who arrive without sending any prior notification. Students who fail to send the prior notice will be risk of being detained and/or deported by the airport authorities
   
5. 
   Please avoid arrival between 12am and 7.00am; student who arrives during the said time will have to wait at airport until 7.00am before the pick-up is arranged. If your scheduled arrival is between midnight and 7.00am, there will be a special administrative fee of RM250 charged for the clearance / pick up. However, you may opt to remain at the airport and be cleared / picked up after 7am at no extra cost.

   Student and accompanying member, if any, is permitted to one (1) luggage maximum (Approximately 20kg) per person. If exceeds the permitted luggage, the accompanying member will incur additional transport (taxi) charges.

   Student must not bring any perishable items which will be confiscated by the airport authorities.
   
8. 
   Student must make payment for student accommodation prior to arrival (refer to student accommodation application form for details). IT IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS TO STAY AT STUDENT ACCOMODATION FOR THE FIRST TWELVE (12) MONTHS OF THEIR STUDY AS PER THE REQUIRMENTS OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION MALAYSIA.

   Students should pre-book their accommodation THREE WEEKS prior to their arrival for Subang 2 campus.
   
10. 
    For security purposes, our transport officers can only drop you at a designated Student Accommodation location.
    
11. 
    Accompanying family members are advised to make their own accommodation arrangement. The student accommodation will not provide accommodation for accompanying family members.
