INTRODUCING THE GERMAN SOCIETY FOR SEABUCKTHORN AND WILD FRUITS – SANDDORN e.V.

Competence, Internationality, Availability ...

• founded in January 2000 in Berlin / Germany by scientists and entrepreneurs, interested in research on seabuckthorn and its potential economic development

• became one of the co-founders of the International Seabuckthorn Association (I.S.A.) during the Delhi Workshop on Seabuckthorn in 2001 and, together with the major Berlin universities, the proud organizer of the 1st I.S.A.- Congress in Berlin in 2003

• started with 8 members in 2000, today the society is proud to have a total of 60 members - from Argentina, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Latvia and Poland
