The purpose of the work: in the process of researching this topic, to analyze the problems that arise in the process of translation from English to Uzbek and from Uzbek to English by guide translators, in particular, to study the problems of managing modern hotels in the field of tourism, to give examples of them, classification and determination of ways to solve them.
Expected result: problems of modern hotel management in the field of tourism are analyzed, examples are shown and methods of their elimination are presented.
