Task
To accomplish this CW you are required to create a written report of 1500 words individually, outlining the main points of your research. Your report should analyze management decisions made by McDonald brothers and Ray Kroc in movie “The Founder”.

You have to answer following questions in your report:

1. 
   What changes introduced in roadside cafes/restaurants have allowed Richard and Maurice (Mac) McDonald to become successful on the market of San Bernardino, CA? Apply relevant theories and link it to your answer.
   

2. 
   Apply relevant personal treat theories to describe Ray Kroc. Discuss his leadership style and motivation. By using theories explain what factors motivated him to join McDonald’s team and what personal qualities have led him to success.
   

3. 
   Discuss how McDonald’s has achieved its quality standards in 1950s and 1960s. Thoroughly review contribution of McDonald brothers and Ray Kroc to this area. By reviewing literature discuss what quality techniques company is using nowadays.
   

“The Founder” movie can be found on Netflix or Kinopoisk. You may also use other available streaming platforms.
