Key words: Mine, well, detonation, large-sized piece of rock.
Object of study: quarry “Youth-1” under JSC “Diamond Mining-Metallurgical Combine”.
The purpose of its work: drilling in the mining of Mines with high ridges-to prevent the outflow of large-sized rocks and increase the degree of grinding by developing a charge structure that increases the efficiency of blasting work.
Research methods: in the performance of the dissertation work, complex research methods were used, which combine the stagnation of the array and the fragility of rocks in the array, scientific innovations of explosion and similar analytical studies, as well as methods of Mathematical Statistics.
The results obtained and their novelty: the correct use of blast energy in open-pit mining is currently one of the problematic processes. Because as a result of improper blasting work, large-sized pieces of rock are formed. As a constructive solution to this problem, we recommend the construction of new parallel close-together spacers.
Practical significance: by being able to choose the highest of the indicators of the Squagina charge construction, it was scientifically studied that the output of large extinct rocks after an explosion in the Massif decreased by 20-30 percent to increase the productivity of the technique by 8-10 percent.
Objectives of the study:
-drilling in high-rise quarries-analysis of the studies performed on the development of an effective squash structure in improving the efficiency of blasting work;
- determination of the amount of explosives spent on charges;
- detection of short deceleration intervals when detonating explosive charges;
-conduct experimental test research, determine the feasibility of the developed technology and make practical recommendations for its implementation.
