INTRODUCTION (abstract of (PhD) thesis) 
 
The aim of the research work is to develop effective compositions and 
technology for the production of modified composite gypsum materials based on 
local and secondary raw materials. 
The object of the research work are gypsum binders, fillers, quartz sand, 
lime powder (microcalcite), slaked lime and other chemical modifier additives. 
Scientific novelty of the research work: 
a rational composition of modifier additives included in the composition 
based on gypsum binder has been developed; 
it has been established that the introduction of modifier additives into the 
composition of the gypsum binder changes the crystal structure and volume of the 
binder matrix; 
it has been established that the introduction of modified organomineral 
ingredients into the composition of the gypsum binder leads to the formation of the 
structure of the gypsum compositions in an ordered, denser form, a decrease in 
porosity and an increase in its physical and mechanical characteristics; 
the optimal composition of composite dry building mixtures based on 
modified gypsum materials was developed; 
it was found that the change in the structure and physical and mechanical 
properties of composite dry building mixes based on modified gypsum materials 
depends on the amount of fillers; 
a resource-saving technology has been developed for obtaining modified 
composite gypsum finishing materials based on local and secondary raw materials. 
Implementation of the research results. Based on the conducted scientific 
research on the development of effective compositions and technology for 
obtaining modified composite gypsum materials based on local and secondary raw 
materials, the following results were obtained: 
The developed technology for obtaining modified composite gypsum 
materials based on local and recycled raw materials has been introduced at 
«SLATE BRAND» LLC (Reference No. 05/15-2499 «O`zbekiston qurilish 
materiallari sanoati korxonalari uyushmasi» dated October 6, 2022). As a result, it 
became possible to increase the coefficient of water resistance of new modified 
composite gypsum materials by 1.5 - 1.6 times and strength by 25-30%; 
gypsum mixes modified with micro-fillers and polymer modifier additives 
have been introduced into «SLATE BRAND» LLC (Reference No. 05/15-2499 
«O`zbekiston qurilish materiallari sanoati korxonalari uyushmasi» dated October 
6, 2022). As a result, it became possible to increase the adhesion of the developed 
modified composite gypsum finishing material with a vertical surface by 1.8-2.0 
times.
