Job Description :
1. Report to Supervisor who will assign work and provide training.
2. Under supervision, install software on the windows PC's and deploy PC at the various State owned and leased building locations.
3. Under supervision, participates in training personnel
4. Under supervision of ISU technicians, provides assistance resolving issues for clients
5. Ability to drive to other buildings to participate in site visits with other ISU technicians.
6. Ability to document issues
7. Under supervision, answer phone calls and email from clients during business hours
