INTRODUCTION (annotation of doctoral dissertation)


The purpose of the research is to develop scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at improving the theoretical and methodological foundations of increasing the competitiveness of agriculture in the conditions of modernization of the economy.
The object of the research is the agricultural sectors of Uzbekistan.
The subject of the research consists of the socio-economic relations that arise in the process of increasing the competitiveness of agriculture.
The scientific novelty of the research includes the following:
the evaluation of farmer and peasant (personal assistant) farming positions in the value chain created in the agricultural sector of our country, based on regression analysis, and the recommendation to enhance the cooperative processes for effective and efficient utilization of the development potential of agriculture;
the proposal to use the "multi-objective goals" model in improving the competitiveness of agriculture in the country by enhancing the factors of production, including the production factors of agricultural products, human resources, resource efficiency, and investment attractiveness within the territory of the Republic;
in order to develop "SMART agriculture", a "territorial-innovative model" proposal for the organization of agroclusters in agriculture based on comparative and absolute advantages has been developed;
the determination of forecast parameters until 2030 by analyzing the internal relationship between the volume of agricultural products, especially in the production of different types of agricultural products (in the sectors of farming and horticulture), using regression-correlation analysis.
