The implementation of the research results. Recommendations for the improvement of the theoretical and methodological foundations for enhancing the competitiveness of agriculture include:
the utilization of the country's programs aimed at improving the agricultural sector, based on the recommendation to deepen cooperation processes for effective and efficient utilization of the development potential of agriculture, which is evaluated based on the positions of farmer and peasant (personal assistant) farming in the value chain (according to the information bulletin No. 05/032-3921 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated September 28, 2021). Based on the implementation of this proposal, an increase in the volume of agricultural production has been achieved in farming;
the utilization of the recommendation to use the "multi-objective goals" model in improving the competitiveness of agriculture in the country, based on enhancing the production factors, human resources, resource efficiency, and investment attractiveness of the agricultural sector, in order to identify the specialization directions of economic entities engaged in agricultural activities (according to the information bulletin No. 05/032-3921 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated September 28, 2021). Based on the implementation of this recommendation, specialization directions for farming in the regions of the Republic have been identified and further enhanced;
the utilization of the "territorial-innovation model" proposal, based on comparative and absolute advantages, in order to increase the effectiveness of innovation in the activities of “SMART” farming within the regions (according to the information bulletin No. 05/032-3921 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated September 28, 2021). Based on the implementation of this proposal, the management of farming has been liberalized, and opportunities for utilizing investment funds have expanded;
based on regression-correlation analysis, the internal relationship between the volume of agricultural products, including their types (in the sectors of farming and horticulture), and the forms of agricultural activities in rural farming has been identified. In addition, measures have been developed based on the forecast parameters until 2030 to increase the volume of agricultural production in rural farming, as well as to create a favorable agribusiness environment (The information bulletin No. 05/032-3921 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated September 28, 2021). Based on the implementation of these proposals, priority directions for improving the forms of agricultural activities in the agricultural sector of our country have been determined in the long-term perspective.
