The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
a constructive scheme of a combined frontal plow with active working bodies
was developed; the technological process of its operation was justified;
analytical dependencies were obtained that describe the process of interaction
of an active working body with soil and on their basis rational parameters of an active
working body are determined;
optimal rational values based on dependencies describing the change in agro
technical and energy performance of the combined frontal plow depending on the
parameters of the active working body and the speed of the unit.
Implementation of the research results.
Based on the results obtained to substantiate the parameters of a combined
frontal plow with active working bodies:
The initial requirements for evaluating the quality indicators of the technical
process of plowing the fields before sowing and cultivating second crops and the
terms of reference for designing the design of the frontal plow (Ref. No. 01-193 of
August 1, 2019 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan) have
been developed. As a result, it was possible to develop the design of a high-mansion
combined frontal plow of the active working body, the right and left overturning
corps and a roller.
The developed combined frontal plow for smooth plowing without the
formation of ridges was introduced in the farms of the Dzhamboy and Kamashi a
tight management under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan
(Ref. No. 01-193 of August 1, 2019 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of
Uzbekistan). As a result, during the preparation of fields for sowing pisces and
repeated crops, fuel consumption is reduced by 1.31 times, and operating costs by
32%.
The structure and volume of the thesis. The dissertation consists of an
introduction, five chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The volume
of the dissertation contains of 117 pages.
