Introduction


The actuality of the work. One of the fundamental elements of communication competency, which is essential for attaining, is reading comprehension, not only in gaining knowledge but also in learning a variety of facts and expert abilities. However, both international and domestic research has demonstrated that pupils today read far less than they did in earlier decades, and the level of their reading comprehension skills is deteriorating. Reading comprehension has a very complicated nature, which is represented in the transformative experience that shapes a person's perspective and way of thinking. Therefore, text comprehension is shown in the most recent reading models as an interaction between the text and the reader.
Furthermore, in recent years learning and teaching foreign languages is of importance, especially the English language. The reason is that English is being used in many fields. As a result, many workers need to learn English. This situation is happening in Uzbekistan too. Uzbekistan is integrating with other countries in terms of education, economy, sport, politics, and other important matters. In this way, English plays a crucial role to contact with them. Reading comprehension is also in need as many documents, instructions, and laws are being written in this language. Our government passed crucial laws on teaching and having a proficiency certificate in 20221. In this law, foreign language teachers have been given many opportunities. The most important one is to receive an increase in salary by 50% if one gets a C1 certificate. This means that teachers can teach with passion and work on themselves simultaneously. These factors increase the actuality of work.
