SHunday qilib, loyihadagi teplovoz elektrodvigatelining elektromexanik xarakteristikasi quyidagicha tuziladi: nDnp=f(ID) va MDnp=f(ID). Ular quyidagi tartibda navbatma-navbat amalga oshiriladi.



  1. namunadagi teplovoz yuk tortish dvigateli tokining bir necha ko‘rsatkichlari qo‘yiladi. IDayl.

  2. namunadagi teplovoz yuk tortish elektrodvigatelining elektromexanik xarakteristikasi bo‘yicha qabul qilingan Idayl uchun nDnp=f(ID) va MDnp=f(Id)tanlanadi.

  3. Berilgan IDayl ko‘rsatkich uchun 9, 10, 11 tenglamalardan foydalangan holda IDpr MDpr nDpr lar aniqlanadi.

  4. yuk tortuvchi elektrodvigatel yakorining aylanish chastotasi ish diapazoni va uchchala ish rejimi uchun operatsiyalar bajariladi.

Yuqorida keltirilgan uslubning qo‘llanilishi bo‘yicha misol keltiramiz:

5. Yuk tortuvchi elektrodvigatelning yuk tortish xarakteristikasini hisob-kitob qilish.
Elektr yuk tortish xarakteristikasining hisob-kitobini FDpr=f(ID) va VDpr=f(ID) quyidagi tartibda navbatma-nabat amalga oshiramiz. Bunda FD va VD tegishli ravishda yuk tortish kuchi va loyihalashtirilayotgan teplovozning bitta g‘ildirak motor blokining tezligini bildiradi.
a) tuzilgan elektromexanik xarakteristikadan kelib chiqib dvigatelning barcha ish rejimlari (PP, OP1, OP2) uchun yuk tortish elektrodvigatel tokining (Id) bir necha qiymatlarini belgilaymiz va tegishli ravishda MDpr va nDpr larni aniqlaymiz;
b) MD va nD larning topilgan qiymatlari uchun yuk tortish kuchi va tezligini quyidagi formulalar yordamida hisoblab topamiz:

Yuk tortuvchi elektrodvigatelning barcha ish rejimlari uchun olingan hisob-kitoblarning natijalari 5-jadvalga jamlanadi. Hisob-kitoblar natijalari bo‘yicha 2-rasmda keltirilganidek bog‘liqlik tuzilib chiqiladi FDpr=f(ID) va VDpr=f(ID).
Yuk tortuvchi elektrodvigatelning elektr yuk tortish va elektrmexanik hisob-kitoblarini rasmiylashtirish uchun tavsiya etiladigan jadvalning tuzilishi 5-jadvalda keltirilgan.
