The Hostel comprises of 6 berth caravan accommodation. Cupboard space is provided but residents are asked to provide their
own bedding and pillows. The units are self contained. Each unit is equipped with a kitchen comprising oven, two fridges,
kettle, toaster, table and chairs. The bathroom has toilet, shower and wash basin. Please remember to bring your own
towels.There is also a large walk in freezer in the Laundry Area on the site. Residents are asked to provide their own
saucepans, crockery and cutlery and must clear up after themselves. The farm does not provide meals a weekly shopping trip
to the supermarket is provided free to charge once a week.
The company upholds a strict Health & Safety policy in the interests of the safety of all the residents. Weekly inspections are
carried out to ensure that the caravans are maintained to a high standard, alarms/detectors are tested and checks made to
ensure that residents electrical items have been PAT tested to make sure they are safe to use as per our Health & Safety
Policy.
Residents are must clear up after themselves keeping their own living areas clean and tidy.
There is wifi on site. This is subsidised by the company and is provided at a cost of £5.00 per device per month.
In line with current UK Legislation, the Smoking Ban is in place within all shared facility areas and buildings. Smoking is
allowed in designated areas and outside of the caravans. Smoking is not permitted in the caravans shared area or in the
bedrooms. Cigarette ends are not to be thrown on the ground they are to be disposed off in the ash tray pots around the
accommodation area. 
We are an Environmentally friendly hostel and re-cycle all waste were possible. We ask that anybody that wishes to reside
with us must accept this policy and dispose of their waste in the appropriate bins provided.
Resident employees are requested not to arrive at the Hostel with their own vehicle without prior consent of the Hostel Team.
Parking space is limited and permits are issued.
