Setting targets and evaluating progress are essential in learning any new skill. Establishing achievable 
goals helps to provide a clear direction and sense of purpose. The goal-setting process should involve 
writing down specific objectives and identifying the steps required to attain them. The evaluation stage 
involves assessing the progress made towards these goals. This assessment provides a valuable tool for 
tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Evaluation can be done informally by reflecting
