Microsoft Access. Types of the models

Before that what proceed with study DBMS ACCESS consider several main notions.

Given - systematized and outline some image information. Exist, at least once, three models given: hierarchical, network, relational.
The Models given - a presentation data and their intercoupling, describing notions of the problem-solving ambience. The Models given are used both for conceptual, and for logical and physical presentation data.

1. In window database actuate Table or Query.
2. Choose the table or inquiry for which will be founded Your report.
3. Press the button AutoReport in pictographic menu.
By means of Constructor of the Report:
1. In window database actuate Report (or choose the directive Reports in menu View).
2. Press the button New (or choose the directive New in menu File, but then actuate Report). Microsoft Access will flash the dialogue window New Report.
3. In line Select A Table/Query choose the table or request, containing given for Your report.
4. Press the button Report Wizard. Microsoft Access will flash the first dialogue window Report Wizard.
5. Choose the Constructor from list and press OK.
6. Follow directions in dialogue window of the Constructor. The button Finish press In the last window.
The Unassisted Constructor of the Report:
1. In window database actuate Report (or choose the directive Reports in menu View).
2. Press the button New (or choose the directive New in menu File, but then actuate Report). Microsoft Access will flash the dialogue window New Report.
3. In line Select A Table/Query choose the table or request, containing given for Your report.
4. Press the button Blank Report.
