VISUAL AIDS: Use as many diagrams and pictures as possible – they convey more information in a short time. Use no more than 2-3 colours in your visuals. Use colours logically to link similar ideas together. Avoid yellow and orange, which cannot be seen. Don’t have more than a few lines in Power Point Presentation/Overhead projector. Give your conclusions on the same transparency/slide if possible. Finish your power point presentation with a list of references or a bibliography. |
